Biography

Fast-learning. Limitless. Unpredictable. These are all words that describe one of Huntsville’s finest young musicians. Saxophonist and composer, ​Caden Wilson, is an ever-growing force to be reckoned with. Studying under local jazz icon Bryan Easter, Caden’s knowledge of jazz and other ​genres of music is growing larger daily.

He is active in the music community, attending local jam sessions and performing in the Rocket City Band Collective’s jazz and symphonic band. ​He is active in the Valley Jazz Juniors at the Valley Conservatory and the recently formed group, The Jazz Hotline.

He also has achieved the prestigious “Superior” rating at Alabama’s state Solo and Ensemble competition. With that, he ranked fourth in the state of ​Alabama’s Middle School Jazz Band Auditions saxophones. As a rising ninth grader, he has much, much more to achieve.

Virtual Lessons

My rates are $25 for a half an hour. Please note that I only do half-hour blocks for lessons.

The first lesson will be an evaluation to see what level the student is at. (The appropriate teaching ​materials will need to be purchased by the student afterward as recommended.)
